Bouncers Indoor Playground Party Rules

Welcome to Bouncers Indoor Playground! To ensure a safe, fun, and memorable celebration for everyone, please review and follow our party rules below. By booking a party with us, you agree to these terms.

Security Deposit Policy

• A security deposit is required to reserve your party. This deposit helps ensure our facility remains clean and safe for all guests.

• The deposit will be refunded after your party, provided all party rules are followed and your room is left clean and on time.

• If party rules are not followed during your stay and play time, your deposit may be forfeited. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the facility, excessive mess, or failure to vacate the party room on time.

• Please note: Security deposit information is also provided in your booking confirmation and at check-in.

Party Room & Decor Guidelines

• All party food and drinks must be enjoyed in your private party room during your designated party time. Food is not permitted at our shared table areas, except for prepackaged snacks.

• All party decorations must be removed at the end of your party. Please place all trash in the provided bins or take your decor with you. If you are leaving balloons behind, they must be popped and disposed of. Confetti-filled balloons and confetti of any kind are not permitted.

• Decorations are not allowed in shared or common areas. All decor must remain within your assigned party room.

• Balloons must stay in your party room and are not allowed in the playground area, as popped balloons can be a choking hazard.

Setup, Cleanup, and Timeliness

• Party setup and cleanup must be completed within your designated party time. Due to our busy schedule, early entry for decorating cannot be guaranteed.

• You are expected to depart your party room, with all your belongings and decorations, by your scheduled party end time, with all party decorations, all items in trash (do not put food in trash, that needs to be taken away). Failure to do so may result in a loss of your security deposit.

Prohibited Items

• Confetti, glitter, and similar items are not permitted.

• Food warmers (plug-in or fuel-based) are not allowed for safety reasons.

Additional Reminders

• Please supervise all children at all times.

• If any rules are not followed during your stay and play time, your security deposit may be forfeited.
